ABOUT ME

Sarah Austen is a yoga teacher, artist, writer, and dedicated student. She devotes her time to studying and teaching the practices of movement, breath, concentration, and self-inquiry.

Sarah Austen teaches around Richmond at various yoga studios, schools, and the beloved Garden Yoga space. She has extended her education in the field through various trainings in Meridian Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness Meditation.
